COURSE INFO

This 26.2 mile road race starts in the 43 Area of Camp Pendleton, down Las Pulgas Road towards the ocean and heads north onto Old Highway 101/El Camino Real. This loops back at San Onofre, past the Pulgas gates, and onto Stuart Mesa Road, heading south. The course loops again back on Stuart Mesa heading north, to Las Pulgas Road, back to the finish line. Ocean views are throughout the majority of the course. Please note: some adjustments to the course may be made due to military training exercises. If any changes are made to the course, they will be posted on this website. Note to handcycle and wheelchair athletes: the entire course is on paved roads, however, these are not new improved roads.
